Entries will only be accepted from 7:30 pm Tuesday 2nd September 2025NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO THIS DATE.
Entries shall be accepted on a first come first served basis up to and including the closing date, Tuesday 23rd Sept 2025 at 6pm or when the gala capacity has been reached whichever occurs first.
Accepted entries will be posted on the club website after the closing date or when the meet is full.
