In gorgeous pool overlooking San Francisco Bay in Marin County.

Watsu is the original nurturing form of aquatic bodywork, involving presence, breath, heart connection, flowing movement, massage, and stillness while being floated in warm water... like returning to the womb... nurtures, relaxes, helps release trauma... brings clarity, joy, and sense of wellbeing.

Celebrating the joy of life, while learning ways to care for ourselves and others...

Additional Information/Logistics

• Meet at Sunrise Center at 12:30pm. We will provide transportation to and from pool.

• Dolphin Play begins in pool at 1 pm and ends at 5 pm.

• Please bring everything you need for the afternoon: towel, swimsuit, water bottle (unbreakable), snacks if you want.

• Please shower before arriving, washing off all body products and scents.

• We will bring you back to Sunrise Center by 5:30pm.

• Please do not participate if you have been exposed or have symptoms of any contagious disease (COVID, flu, cold…).
