Come paint a little bit of Nashville magic! Join The Open Art Lab for a beginner-friendly Dolly Parton-inspired acrylic painting workshop in Nashville.

In this 2.5-hour painting experience, you’ll create your own colorful, simplified portrait inspired by the Queen of Country herself. Your instructor, So Yeon Kim, will guide you through the painting process step-by-step, making this workshop approachable and fun whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a paintbrush for the first time.

Important Project Note: The artwork shown in the advertisement banner is an original acrylic painting created by artist So Yeon Kim. Students will create a simplified version of So Yeon’s original artwork shown in the advertisement banner. The banner image is provided as an example of the inspiration for the workshop; the finished student artwork will be a simplified interpretation of the piece rather than an exact reproduction. So Yeon will guide the class through an accessible version designed for a beginner-friendly painting experience.
