Who is Building Your Leaders (BYL)?
Building Your Leaders (BYL) is a dedicated group of educators committed to creating transformative experiences for underserved communities. Our mission is to empower young people by providing opportunities that go beyond the classroom, fostering growth, leadership, and lifelong memories. This summer, we're taking our mission to the Dominican Republic, where we will spend our time volunteering at a summer day camp for children who would otherwise never have the chance to experience such an opportunity.

Our Campaign:

We believe that every child deserves a chance to explore, learn, and grow in a supportive and enriching environment. This summer, BYL is launching a campaign to raise funds for a day camp in the Dominican Republic. For every $1,000 we raise, one child will be able to attend this camp, where they will engage in activities that broaden their horizons, build their confidence, and create lasting memories.

100% of the proceeds from this campaign will go directly to the camp, ensuring that each dollar you contribute goes toward making a meaningful impact. Your support will help us bring joy and hope to these children, providing them with an experience they'll never forget. Every donation, big or small, brings us one step closer to making this dream a reality. Join us in our mission to make a difference, one child at a time.

Then, enjoy your own personal makeover by the artists themselves. Afterward, strike a pose in a mini photo shoot and leave with a fabulous goodie bag! It's happening at the Sephora location at 40 E 14th St, so mark your calendars and get ready to have a blast for charity!
