This special five-course dinner will guide guests through a variety of unique and exquisite Amaros!

Dolce e Amaro translates to Sweet and Bitter. Amaro is an Italian aromatic bitters infused with various herbs, roots and citrus peels. The bitter and herbal complexity of amaro greatly enhances rich, savory flavors, but it also smooths the spicier and more acidic dishes through sweetness.

Join us as we talk and taste our way through a variety of Amaros, paired with some of Birba's specialties.

• 2nd Course: Montenegro & Tricolore Salad
• 3rd Course: Averna & Arancini with Pecorino Fonduta
• 4th Course: Fernet-Branca & Short Rib with Cauliflower Puree
• 5th Course: Ramazzotti & Tiramisu with Hazelnut
