Mario Schäfer is a consultant at 11B, professor at ESADE, and member of the Expert Panels at Science4Life and La Caixa. He is the author of Doing What Matters, a productivity guide for entrepreneurs.
He advises Family Offices on innovation-led investments and has extensive experience in business development and portfolio management in Big Pharma, with expertise in external innovation.
Mario is also an active investor in selected early-stage start-ups.
With a sharp focus on meaningful output and strategic clarity, Mario brings a unique and actionable approach to productivity – grounded in real-world business insight and entrepreneurial experience.
