“DOIN IT N DC FREEDOM Funny FEST” is a professionally produced comedy show created to bring awareness to the important initiative of gun violence in the beloved city, Washington, DC.

We plan to work as a conduit for community engagement and social change. We firmly believe in the power of arts and entertainment to bring attention to this pressing societal issue.

With this in mind, “DOIN IT N DC FREEDOM Funny Fest” seeks to raise awareness and funding for local organizations that specialize in combating gun violence and its impact on the community.

“DOING IT N DC FREEDOM FUNNY FEST” will feature talented local and National comedians who are passionate about using their craft to address social issues throughout the country. Through their performances, they will engage the audience with laughter while simultaneously highlighting the seriousness of gun violence in our city.

Attending this show will bring LAUGHTER, FUN, and UNDERSTANDING of this pressing issue and we have invited the Mayor's Office of Community Affairs, the Ward 4 Council members and YOU to come out to support this AWESOME initiative!
