Pastel Painting Workshop: Dogwood TreeEmbrace the spring by painting a lovely Dogwood tree in bloom. Artist Marie Marfia will lead you through the process, teaching you essential soft pastel mark-making and underpainting techniques. You’ll explore how to use pastels to create light, shadow, and texture, resulting in a beautiful winter landscape.
This class is open to all skill levels. All materials provided.
When: Tuesday, June 2 from 6 - 8 p.m.
Where: Ludington Area Center for the Arts

About the Instructor
Marie Marfia is known for her captivating paintings of skeletons, portraits, and landscapes. With a background in graphic design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kendall College of Art & Design, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work.
