??Save the date!! Mark your calendars for DOGTOBER Fest and stop by to meet some of our foster and adoptable dogs on Saturday, October 5th from 11am-3pm at Defiance Harley-Davidson in Omaha. There will be many other rescues, food,fun and more! More info to come as it gets closer!??We all love our Harley-Davidsons….and dogs!
Bring your fur babies and celebrate Dogtober at Defiance!
10am-3pm-Visit Rescues and Vendors.
11am 'til gone-$5 hot dogs, chips & soda or beer*
Dog friendly vendors
11:00am-Adopt-A-Dog Parade. The rescues will walk all the dogs around for you to see in all their Fur Glory.
12pm-Advice by Double Rainbow Dog Training, LLC.-Guest speaker Christina Ferency is a dog behavior consultant in the Omaha Metro Area. She will share techniques on how to train your dog and will also be available for questions and answers.
1pm-Dog Costume Contest for your Fur Babies. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes of $200, $100 and $50.00
We will have Rescues on-site for you to find your new family member!**
On-site rescues include Little White Dog Rescue, Haven Animal Rescue of Omaha, Bullies-N-Beyond ResQ Inc, SNAFU Rescue, Bailing out Benji, ShelterMe Nebraska and Town & Country Animal Rescue.
We can’t wait to see your furr babies and also help other find homes!
