About this Event
QDA is back with our 3rd annual Dogs, Donuts, & Deadlifts event!
When: October 26, 2024
Teams: 2 person team, same gender. Rx and Scaled divisions.
Cost: $150 per team
This is a FUNdraising event for Queen City Pitties. All proceeds will go to them. Click the link to learn more about Queen City Pitties and the great work they do.

This year we are doing 2 person teams, same gender and offering RX and Scaled Divisions.
RX should be able to do: Box jumps 24/20", CJ 165/115, Snatch 115/85, Wallball to 10', Deadlift 225/155 and double unders.
Scaled athletes should be able to do: Step-ups 20/16", CJ 115/85, Snatch 95/65, Wallball to 9', Deadlift 155/105 and single unders.
Just like previous years, eating donuts will be part of this competition as well. If you have food allergies please list them in the order form. We will have a movement substitution for those unable to eat donuts.
Each team is guaranteed 4 workouts! 5 teams will go on to finals!
