Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket for both pet parent and dog.
2. This is a limited capacity event. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis after booking confirmation.
3. Only healthy and vaccinated dogs are allowed. Owners may be asked to show vaccination proof if required.
4. Dogs must be sociable and non-aggressive. In case of unsafe behaviour, the organisers reserve the right to request the pet to leave without refund.
5. Pet parents are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour and safety throughout the event.
6. Outside colours, sprays, balloons, food or toys are not allowed inside the venue. Only pet-safe colours purchased from Doggy Hotel may be used.
7. Dogs must remain on leash unless inside designated activity areas.
8. Swimming pool sessions are optional, pre-booked separately, and not included in the event entry pass. Slot timings must be followed strictly.
9. In case of delays, missed pool slots cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
10. Food provided at the event is curated for pets; however, owners must ensure suitability for their dog’s dietary restrictions or allergies.
11. The organisers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
12. By attending the event, participants consent to photography and videography. Images may be used for promotional purposes by Doggy Hotel.
13. Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
14. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not follow event guidelines.
