With the help of the Leadership York project team and funds raised by Penn State Harrisburg’s Ice Hockey Team, Find Toby in PA has teamed up with York Techincal Institute’s Veterinary Technician Program and will be holding our very first FREE Microchip Clinic!Pre-registration is required through a jotform: https://form.jotform.com/240986726175165
The jotform will not accept additional requests once the maximum number of spots is reached. All fields must be completed in order for the form to submit.
Dogs Only, 2 per household limit, all dogs must be on a leash.
All dogs must have current, not expired as of 5/11/2024, rabies vaccine certificate and present that certificate at the time of the chip clinic.
Time slots (11am – 1pm or 1pm – 3pm) will be assigned in order to assist with the flow, there is a selection option on the form and we will do our best to accommodate all requests
Microchips will be registered on the spot by a volunteer assisting the owners!
