Dog-Friendly Yoga

Join me for a dog-friendly yoga experience at City Goods on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays 630-730pm!

Grab your mat and spend quality time with your fur baby in a relaxing and

welcoming environment! My easy-to-follow yoga flow suits all skill levels

and allows for lots of cuddles and kisses with your puppy.

I start each class with a calming yogic energy that is likely to settle your dog down

for a restful class while the humans do yoga. You’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere that

relieves stress and promotes maximum rejuvenation for both you and your pup!

The class is approximately 40 minutes and requires you to bring your mat.

City Goods has a beautiful green space so that your dog can potty and get some

wiggles out before class!

All dog lovers are welcome, even if you don’t have a pup.

All dogs must be leashed upon arrival.

Spots are limited, so get yours now and experience a new way to bond with your pet!

All participants will receive a goody bag filled with goodies for you and your pup.
