Weightlifting Standards
Snatch

Men: 135+ lbs
Women: 95+ lbs
Co-Ed: Male 135 / Female 95


Clean & Jerk

Men: 185+ lbs
Women: 125+ lbs
Co-Ed: Male 185 / Female 125


Deadlift

Men: 315 lbs
Women: 225 lbs
Co-Ed: Male 315 / Female 225


Thrusters

Men: 95 lbs
Women: 65 lbs
Co-Ed: Male 95 / Female 65


Gymnastics Standards

Athletes should be able to perform:

  • Pull-ups
  • Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Bar Muscle-Ups
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Handstand Walk (25 ft minimum)
  • Rope Climbs (15 ft)
  • Burpee Box Jump Overs (24"/20")

Monostructural Standards

Athletes should be proficient in:

  • Rowing
  • Ski Erg
  • Bike Erg
  • Running
  • Double Unders

Double Under Standard:
50+ unbroken

Men: 95 lbs
Women: 65 lbs
Co-Ed: Male 95 / Female 65


Clean & Jerk

Men: 135 lbs
Women: 95 lbs
Co-Ed: Male 135 / Female 95


Deadlift

Men: 225 lbs
Women: 155 lbs
Co-Ed: Male 225 / Female 155


Thrusters

Men: 65 lbs
Women: 45 lbs
Co-Ed: Male 65 / Female 45


Gymnastics Standards

Athletes should be able to perform:

  • Jumping Pull-ups / Band-Assisted Pull-ups
  • Hanging Knee Raises
  • Push-ups
  • Box Step Overs
  • Wall Walks (scaled option)
  • Dumbbell movements
  • Modified rope pulls

Monostructural Standards

Athletes should be proficient in:

  • Rowing
  • Bike Erg
  • Running
  • Single Unders (Double Unders optional)

Team Competition Rules
Team Flow
  • Partners may split reps unless otherwise stated.
  • One athlete works at a time unless workout specifies synchro.
  • Synchro movements require both athletes to meet movement standards simultaneously.
  • Tie-break times will be used where applicable.

Equipment Standards

Rx Dumbbells:
Men: 50 lbs
Women: 35 lbs

Scaled Dumbbells:
Men: 35 lbs
Women: 20 lbs

Box Heights:
Rx Men: 24”
Rx Women: 20”
Scaled Men/Women: 20”


Movement Standards
  • Full lockout required overhead.
  • Below parallel on all squats.
  • Clear control at finish positions.
  • Judges’ standards are final.

Suggested Athlete Fit

Rx: For experienced athletes comfortable with advanced gymnastics and heavier barbell cycling.
Scaled: For intermediate athletes building confidence and consistency.
