About this Event

Having trouble diversifying your team?

It's not for lack of trying, but there seem to be many obstacles in your way:

- You wanted to recruit someone who speaks only English, but you and the rest of the team are used to working in your native language.

- You diversify your recruitment sources to attract different candidate profiles, but you realize that your professional networks are still largely homogeneous.

We know, the road is long. That's why we'll be discussing this topic with an expert and an entrepreneur, to break down all the challenges that you, as entrepreneurs, face on a daily basis, and how to solve them.

What's a DOERS⋅TO⋅DOERS?

This is the new format of the Incubateur HEC Paris expert events.

The life of an entrepreneur is made up of difficult moments in which critical decisions must be made very quickly, every day. Too often, management teams are left alone to deal with these issues, relying only on generic advice from ill-suited training courses, or dubious information from ready-made solution sellers.

Until today ?

With Doers to Doers, forget the conferences. Forget the webinars. Forget the masterclasses.

YOU come with your questions. Simple, pragmatic, and concrete ones. And our speakers answer them.

We only invite other entrepreneurs who have reached more advanced stages of development or experts who have already helped many entrepreneurs in the same situation as you.

No theory, no sales. Just simple and direct feedback and implementable tools.

You too, come and pick the brain of our next guest.

A word about the Incubateur HEC Paris

The Incubateur HEC Paris is a tailor-made, participatory startup support program. It mobilizes all the resources of the HEC ecosystem around talented entrepreneurs. Its ambition is to enable entrepreneurs to achieve in 3 months, the goals they would have reached alone in 1 year. Incubates can complete several successive 3-month periods.

Since its creation in 2007, the Incubateur HEC Paris has already supported more than 400 companies (Concord, Product-Live, Leetchi, Point Vision, Luko, Garantme ...). Today, the Incubateur HEC Paris supports 150 startups and offers 200 workstations in its 700m2 space nestled in the heart of Station F in Paris.

We regularly organize workshops and webinars on the main issues facing entrepreneurs: selling their product, developing it, recruiting, and financing. Find all our upcoming events on incubateurhec.substack.com
