Join us for a film screening of the documentary, Exposing the Unspoken: 4 Southern People NOT Southern Company, which explores the larger themes of the intersection between the environment, the economy, and the use of energy. Following the documentary, we will have a discussion with Lindsay Harper, the National Coordinator for Arm in Arm, a grassroots movement looking to usher in environmental and societal changes.
Activities statement: The purpose of all UAB Institute for Human Rights (IHR) programs, activities, and endeavors is to foster collaboration, scholarly exchange, and academic learning related to human rights. All are welcome to attend.
