Doberge Cake Class 🍫🍋✨Ready to learn a true bakery classic? In this class, you’ll create your very own delicious Doberge cake from start to finish—layered, filled, glazed, and beautifully decorated to take home and enjoy!
Choose between Chocolate or Lemon filling and get ready to learn the techniques behind this iconic dessert.
All supplies included
What You’ll Learn:
• How to torte and create those signature thin Doberge layers
• How to properly fill and stack your cake
• How to achieve a smooth, professional finish
• How to pour and apply a rich chocolate glaze
• How to decorate using sprinkles (optional)
• The difference between traditional (old-school) and modern Doberge techniques, including how ingredient choices affect the taste and overall look of the cake
Rachel will also walk you through recipes, ingredients, and techniques in detail—plus you’ll receive a take-home recipe packet so you can recreate it later!
Ticket Options (Please Read Carefully):
Student Ticket – $75
• One ticket = one student (ages 12+)
• One cake per student
Parent & Me Ticket – $85
• One ticket = one parent (age 18+) and one child (ages 8–11)
• Two seats, one shared cake

Failure to follow ticket requirements may result in denied entry without a refund.
Ticket Policy (Please Read Before Purchasing)
All class tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason at any time. This includes cancellations, schedule conflicts, no-shows, late arrivals, illness, or failure to meet class requirements.
By purchasing a ticket, you are reserving a seat in class. Supplies are purchased, prepared, and portioned specifically for each student. Labor is involved in advance preparation and many materials cannot be reused once prepared.
If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time transfer with at least 48 hours notice if space allows, but this is not guaranteed.
Failure to meet class requirements or follow class policies may result in denial of participation without refund.
