Do You Want to be a Birder?

Come join us as Laura M. Levy from Busy-Birding discusses what it means to be a naturalist, as well as the skills, tools and aptitudes required. Don't worry, if you've read this far, chances are you already have what it takes to be a naturalist. Our lively talk will conclude with a hands-on lesson on using binoculars. We'll have 8 pairs for use but if you already have a pair of binoculars, please bring them so you can get familiar with your own personal binoculars.
After the hour-long indoor presentation, participants are welcome to join Laura outdoors birding the area adjacent to Dietert as the weather allows.
