What
Join our Imaginists Society to be part of a brand new video game… In The Box at FACT, you will hear everything about a new video game that artist Danielle Brathwaite-Shirley and a group of local young people are creating together.
Come along with the family to discover the game! Become a real life video game tester and be the first players to let us know what you think, suggest your ideas and what should be included. You can even be part of the new game yourself, using the same brand new tech as Danielle and the Imaginists!
Danielle is an artist and archivist who uses video games, animation, sound and performance to create work celebrating Black trans people. Find out more about her work at www.daniellebrathwaiteshirley.com

There are two 1 hour slots available: 10am - 11am or, 11am - 12pm
Who
Do Something Saturdays welcomes all young people with their accompanying guardians/parents. Some of the more technical activities such as using computer software and game building applications are suited for ages 7 up to 13. There will also be some more craft-based activities available for those who are younger than this, so the whole family can come along!
