About this Event
Do our relationships have a future? What actually helps love last for years?
In this workshop, we will explore the Gottman Method and the Sound Relationship House framework, a research-based model that explains what keeps relationships strong and resilient over time.
You will learn about the key pillars that support long-term relationships, as well as the “Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse” — the four communication patterns that most often lead to relationship breakdown according to decades of psychological research.
During the event we will also:
- explore the foundations of lasting love
- discuss common relationship challenges
- answer participants’ questions and analyze real-life situations
This event is designed for anyone who wants to better understand relationship dynamics and build healthier, more conscious connections.
