This interactive workshop will explore and discuss the importance of founder wellbeing in social and environmental impact businesses.
About this Event

Action-oriented, this workshop will support founders/social entrepreneurs to think together about why their own wellbeing matters in the context of their work; what their attitudes and beliefs about wellbeing are when it comes to themselves; and what changes they could make in order to start rebalancing doing good and being well.

Facilitated by Laura Love-Petschl, Founder of Between Humans, will also work together with participants to identify how to prioritise their wellbeing in implementable steps, while holding each other gently accountable for taking action for our wellbeing.

She will cover:

  • The interconnections of founder wellbeing, authentic leadership and sustainable social and environmental impact.
  • Recognising and releasing core limiting beliefs (both individual and systemic) that underpin current thoughts and behaviours, and which lead us to de-prioritise founder wellbeing.
  • How to think about wellbeing from a holistic, ‘whole-life’ perspective.
  • Personalised wellbeing reviews and actionable plans for rebalancing wellbeing and work.
  • Opportunities to connect meaningfully with other social founders, social entrepreneurs and change makers.

This is a workshop for anyone who is building or leading a social enterprise; a business with a social, environmental or community purpose; or a non-profit organisation.
