is the Founder and Head Leadership Coach of Path and Door. Through leadership coaching and workshops, she helps people navigate professional and personal transitions with strategic agency, embodied presence, and nervous-system awareness.
Ambrosia brings more than 20 years of federal government experience to her practice and is a former member of the Senior Executive Service. She earned her Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
Her approach connects practical strategy with the human side of leadership—helping people move beyond mental drain and build the capacity to lead, decide, and live with greater presence.
