DnB Rave HIIT Fitness Class

Did you know working out in time to the music makes it feel easier? Expect an energetic playlist and effective workout!

Whether you are looking to start a fitness habit, get back on track or improve your fitness for running, cycling or ski season, this one is for you! The class is led by a highly qualified Personal trainer and Exercise Referral Instructor.

Our class alternates between full body, functional strength, and cardio, ending with mobility and core work. Staying afterwards for a chat and drink or snack afterwards is optional (with your 10% discount on Sip Locale Cafe!)

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of exercise that alternates between short periods of high-intensity cardio and body weight resistance movements lower-intensity intervals for a workout that will improve your health, cardiovascular fitness, and strength in a short amount of time!
