These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for entry to the event. By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to the following terms.
1. Ticket Categories & Pricing
• Entry before 23:00 – 129 DKK
• Entry before 00:00 – 149 DKK
• Anytime Entry – 179 DKK
• Group Ticket (5 for the price of 4) – 716 DKK
• Door – 179 DKK
2. Validity of Time-Specific Tickets
Tickets purchased for entry before a specified time (23:00 or 00:00) are strictly valid only if the ticket holder arrives before the stated time.
• Arrival is determined by the time of physical check-in at the entrance.
• Guests arriving after the specified time will not be granted entry on that ticket.
• A new ticket must be purchased at the applicable door price if entry is still desired.
No exceptions will be made.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable Danish consumer protection law.
• Refunds will not be granted due to late arrival, no-show, personal circumstances, or failure to comply with event policies.
In the event of cancellation by the organiser, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
