dlr Active Seniors Fest

Welcome to the dlr Sports Partnership's Active Seniors Fest!

Come join us at Dlr Leisure Loughlinstown for a day filled with fun &social activities Including Archery, Tai Chi, Gof For Life Games, pickle ball and chair activities.

We'll kick off the day with a lively group warm-up session, ensuring that everyone is ready to embrace the fun-filled day ahead.

We will then have 20 minutes at each activity giving you the chance to try all activities. finishing off with a group warm down and then a well earned light lunch with Tea/ Coffee/ fruit and sandwiches.

Order of the Day

• Registration 9.30am to 9.45am
• Group warm up 9.45 to 10.00am
• 10.00am to 10.30am Activity
• 10.30am to 11.00am Activity
• 11.00am to 11.30am Activity
• 11.30am to 12.00pm Activity
• Group Warm down 12.30pm to 1.00pm
• 1.00pm Lunch
