DLLG Thursday, May 23 Monthly Dinner Meeting

Members, League partners and friends are cordially invited to attend the Delaware League of Local Governments’ monthly dinner meeting from 5:30-8:00 on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the Maple Dale Country Club in Dover.

The event features a presentation by New Castle County Executive Matthew Meyer.

Matt Meyer is a middle school Math teacher and small business owner. In 2016, Matt ran for office for the first time, beating a heavily favored incumbent for County Executive of New Castle County. He is currently in his 2nd term running Delaware’s largest county. He will address local government opportunities, challenges, and legislative priorities for 2024.

Event Logistics

Electronic registration and payment must be made in advance via Eventbrite. No walk-in registrations will be permitted. The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

Refund Policy

If you registered and are unable to attend, you may request a refund up to 7 days in advance of the event date by contacting Dr. Kevin Spence ([email protected]). The cost of registration will be refunded to your original method of payment, but exclude service fees that have been applied by Eventbrite.
