Learn to play the Djembe, a West African Drum then set your inner drummer free in a rhythm jam.This class is held outside.
Dev (Devra Gregory) will teach you how to connect to rhythm, proper djembe technique and traditional West African rhythms. Receive live personal instruction! After the class, we jam for another 30 minutes in a drum circle.

ABOUT DEV
Dev is the creator of Sacred Flame Fire Tribe, a group of free spirits, alchemists, artists and creatives who love to make magick drumming and dancing around a sacred fire. Dev is a ritual and ceremonial leader, healer and massage therapist. She began drumming over 20 years ago, studied with Nana Obrafo Yaw Asiedu, Mamady Keita, Famadou Kote and Monnet Marino founder of MoRhythm School of Percussion. Dev drummed for corporate team building companies, on the main stage of San Diego Pride with the San Diego Women’s Drum Circle and With Tam Tam Mandingue.
