DJ Workshop - Introduction to Mixing

Join international touring DJ, producer and facilitator Daisy Moon in this free and informal workshop.

Daisy will guide you through how to use CDJ's, mix your favourite tracks, beat match and how to make a genre defying set!

No previous experience necessary, all levels of interest and genres of music welcome.

Sign-up to all three sessions or come for a one off!

*Ages 13 - 17 only.

Once signed up, please email us with three tracks you would like to mix or come with your own playlist in MP3 format on a USB stick.

(We will also have lots of tunes for you to select from but please let us know in advance if you would like something specific)

All equipment and refreshments provided.

About Daisy Moon

Daisy is one of the co-founders and tutors behind Mix Nights which is a DJ course, platform and community designed to encourage women, trans, non-binary and minority genders to learn how to DJ.

She is the Creative Projects manager at Saffron Records and is one of the lead facilitators for their education programme, with over 10 years experience running and delivering workshops in multiple areas of music tech.

Workshops are part of the City Centre and High Streets Culture and Events Programme. Funded by Bristol City Council and the West of England Combined Authority
