DJ Matt Hazelden at Radio Rooftop

Matt Hazelden was heavily involved in the early hip hop and funk scenes across
London, playing with big names of the time such as Norman Jay and Giles
Peterson.

With the explosion of house music in the 90’s Matt became resident DJ at
legendary Soho club ‘The Milk Bar’ where he supported Pete Tong alongside up
and coming guests such as Underworld, Sasha and Paul Oakenfold.

During this time he produced and released music under the name of Clockwork
including a track called Real Life which was signed to Coldcut’s Ninja Tunes.
Fast forward to now and Matt has developed a niche playing sunrise to sunset
soundtracks blending different styles and tempos from Balearic and Burning Man
flavoured sounds through to disco, deep house, tech house and beyond.

This versatile approach has led to countless poolside, beach front, festival and
terrace gigs across Ibiza, UK and Europe.
