We've got DJ Lu spinning swinging tunes for us this week at Rhythm City Strut, your weekly night for Lindy, Bal and jazz social dancing in Vancouver!
This week, happy 93rd birthday to dancer and choreographer Chazz Young, born November 8, 1932! The son of Dorothy Young and Frankie Manning, Chazz joined Norma Miller and Her Jazzmen in 1956. He has taught tap and swing all over the world and we wish him a wonderful birthday!
Here's what he danced like at 83:

ADMISSION
• FREE for Intro to Swing students • $5 for all other RCP students
• $10 at the door. No one turned away for lack of funds.
• Free admission if you've never danced before - bring your friends!
• Volunteers always dance for free, sign up for a shift at the door!
