Diñer en Blanc concept began in Paris in 1988 when Francois Pasquier invited a group of friends to an elegant outdoor dinner at the Bois de Boulogne, asking them to dress in white so they could find each other. Since then, the event’s presence has grown to nearly 100 cities, with almost 20,000 people gathering for the anniversary event in Paris each year.
We are excited to host our third annual Diñer en Blanc! As is tradition, guests will come dressed to impress in their finest, mostly white attire, to enjoy a fabulous dinner with live music and dancing under the stars! Each guest will receive 4 tickets to use for white wine and bubbles. Cash bars will also be available to enjoy beer and specialty spirits. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to bid on unique silent and live auction items, all to benefit the Rainbow Room – Community Partners of Lubbock. The Rainbow Room provides emergency resources to children escaping abusive situations through Child Protective Services.
