Come learn the ins and outs of weatherizing your home and making it more energy efficient. Join the New York Power Authority and The Tool Library for a hands-on, no-cost Energy Education and Weatherization Workshop. Learn how you can take steps to be more energy conscious by turning off lights, properly programming your thermostat, deploying eco-friendly heating, and cooling practices and observing water conservation techniques like installing low flow showerheads and faucets. You'll also learn how to better understand your utility bills and the ways you can reduce your bills
This workshop is FREE and open to the public thanks to the New York Power Authority!
At the workshop, you’ll receive a Weatherization Kit that includes:
