Come join us for a DIY Tincture and Herbal Tea Course.
The session will be lead by none other than Trained Herblist and Shaman Kristina Medicina along with Heart House CO sanctury practices.
We will be guided on how to make our herbal blends for Immunity and Anxiety with LOVE. Everything feels better when you make it with LOVE and intention from the heart. Just like Grandma's cooking....
We will also have Holistic Package offering Pranic healing for those who are interested.
We will have a SPECIAL GUEST.....

The event will begin with 20 minutes of relaxation and Pranic healing. After setting our intentions, we will jump right in to learing how to make your own medicines.
All matierials will be provided by Kristina Medicina, Paws & People Wellness Co. and Holistic Package.
Water, calming drinks and a Charcuterie board will be provided for light snacking.
