DIY Herbal Cough Drops

Come join us on Sun, Nov 3, 2024 at 3PM at Creative Grounds DC for an afternoon of learning how to make a traditional and simple natural remedy for irritated and sore throats.

At this workshop, you will learn to herbal cough drops, also known as herbal pastilles, that are primarily made of two simple ingredients: powdered herbs and honey. They are are simple, yet effective ways to deliver relief to a sore throat. They are highly customizeable and take mere minutes to make.
