DIY Clay Trinket Dish Workshop @ Knots and Found

In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn how to hand build your own pottery piece (cowboy boot) with air dry clay! Instructor Antonia will teach you the skills to create your own hand built pottery piece, starting with brainstorming then going through each step of the boot making process- no previous skills are requiered! Each ticket includes supplies: 2.2 lbs. of air dry clay and tools to sculpt with.

** Participants will receive a 20% discount on all store items during the workshop.

Participants will leave with their own handcrafted air dry pottery piece. All materials will be provided by workshop host.
** Air dry clay is more fragile than regular ceramics. Please be advised that it is more prone to breaking. Antonia will teach you best practices on how to care for your piece.

About your Instructor... Antonia Lara Sanchez is a trained industrial designer with a BFA from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, Chile. For the past six years, Antonia worked as a graphic design and photography teacher in schools throughout Providence, RI and Oakland, CA. She believes in the transformative and healing power of the arts and finds joy in sharing her knowledge with others . Antonia currently works as a full time artist, teaching macrame and ceramics classes throughout the Bay Area.
