DIY Bath Soak + Guided Meditation in the Salt Cave

Tap into your creative flow with this fun project that supports self care. You will leave with a full size bath soak you can use for your own rituals at home. We provide all materials.
Infuse your blend with intentions that align with your lifetsyle. We offer Salt, Aromatherapy, dried flowers, and more to make something you will get to bring home for your own Self Care Rituals.

We will start in the lobby for the DIY portion and move into the Salt Cave for the Meditation portion. During this session you will immerse yourself in the passive Halotherapy provided by the atmosphere of the Cave along with the Salt pumped into the air by the Halogenerator. The Meditation will be an hour long and include a period of silence.

Parking is abundant, find us adjacent to Gold's gym on the right side . Space is limited to 12 people.

Please bring what you need if you want to lay on the floor. Anti gravity chairs will be available.
