DIY Affirmation Cards- Nourish Your Soul This November Workshop

As the holiday season approaches, our energy often turns to the many responsibilities that come with this busy time of year. While gratitude and giving are beautiful, we sometimes forget the most important person to care for: *ourselves.*

This class is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your own heart. Together, we will create sacred space to honor the truth that self-love is not selfish—it’s the very foundation that allows us to show up for others with compassion, presence, and authenticity.

Through guided reflection, you’ll tune into your inner voice and uncover the words of encouragement your soul most longs to hear. From this place of self-connection, you will design and craft your own set of 10 personal affirmation cards—powerful little reminders to keep on your nightstand or carry in your bag— to give yourself a moment of encouragement whenever life feels overwhelming.

No artistic experience is needed—this is about intention, not perfection. Every sticker, word, and detail you add is a love note to yourself.

You’ll leave not only with a beautiful deck of affirmation cards but also with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and the reminder that *you deserve the same care you so freely give to others.
