After recording with Bill Payne, founding member of Little Feat, in 2015, Findlay was inspired to fire up Dixie Chicken and hit the Canadian bar and festival circuit with great success, bringing the charismatic grooves of Lowell George and the iconic 1970s blend of rock, funk, country, and New Orleans flair to audiences.
Dixie Chicken's monthly Thursday night gig at the Orbit Room in Toronto was an epic event. The band attracts an 'all ages' crowd with its swampy grooves, southern-fried harmonies & high energy performances
