Diwali: Festival of Light at Sivananda Yoga LA

Celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Light, with us—a time to honor the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. This auspicious occasion is marked by lighting ghee lamps, sharing festive foods, and coming together in a spirit of joy and unity.

Event Highlights:

• Lakshmi Puja (5:30 PM – 6:30 PM): A sacred ritual to invoke the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi, the embodiment of wealth, purity, and prosperity.
• Samosas & Chai (6:30 PM – 7:00 PM): Enjoy traditional Indian snacks and beverages in a warm, communal setting.
• Sparkler Ceremony (7:00 PM – 7:30 PM): Conclude the evening by lighting sparklers, symbolizing the inner light that dispels darkness.

Whether you join us in person or online, we invite you to light your own ghee lamps or tea lights at home and partake in this celebration of light and unity.
