• Family or medical emergencies (including COVID-19 related issues)

• Traffic, parking, or transportation disruptions (public or private)
• Purchasing tickets for the wrong date, time, location, or event

Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event—including but not limited to music, DJs, décor (or lack thereof), food or beverage availability, alcohol selection, party favors, staff interactions, ambiance, seating, wait times, or early closures—is also not grounds for compensation.
