About me:I am a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal, Nationally Certified Divorce Spcialist, Florida Supreme Court Mediator, and have complete post grad certification in Advanced Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame.
This will be a brief discussion on the ins and outs of divorce in Florida. You are in charge. I am here to answer questions. Time permitting, you I’ll be given an overview of the process in general as well as unique situations that may arise. My job is to listen and relay what the law dictates in certain situations. Throughout my career I have represented more non-monied spouses who struggle financially Jen their spouse stops supporting them. The moneyed spouse (usually the husband) uses his wealth to spend his wife into submission. There are ways to avoid that and I hope that topic is broached. We will also discuss spouses using children as pawns (which is the one thing I can’t abide) in the proceedings. There are laws against that. Hopefully we have time to discuss that as well.
