So where does movement come in?

Movement bypasses the thinking mind. It drops you into the body — into the fascia, the felt sense, the deeper intelligence that lives beneath language. Drawing on current fascia science and somatic movement practice, this workshop uses the body itself as a divination tool, a direct line to your inner knowing.
