We will be skipping the January first Monday Diviner's Circle to go on a field trip to the Cleveland Museum of Art on Wednesday January 8th, to check out the Demons, Ghosts, and Goblins in Chinese Art exhibit.
Free, and this is open to everyone, regular visitors to the diviner's circle or newbies, anyone that has an interest in esoteric art please join us.

...after that, perhaps we can wander the museum and explore other items of occult interest, for example Salvator Rosa's Scenes of Witchcraft, and the zodiac sculptures in the Fine Arts Garden.
From the Cleveland Museum of Art website: Demons, ghosts, and goblins feature in Chinese art as creatures that either bring harm or ward off evil spirits. This exhibition presents 20 paintings and sculptures of secular and religious subject matter from a private collection and the Cleveland Museum of Art. The show explores the stories in which they appear and the supernatural power that they exert.
