Join us for a transformative 3 night/4 day winter retreat to reflect on the past year, identify and shed old layers and set powerful intentions for the new year amidst the natural splendor of coastal Marin County. Across this immersive experience, you will authentically connect with other women, enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals and engage in activities like mindfulness, journaling, circle discussions, forest bathing, yoga and experiential dance — all designed to support you with achieving embodied presence, clarity on what you wish to call into your life and what you are ready to let go of.
