A tone up from the soul up; activating you through dance, energy work, tribe, and unlocking your Goddess energy.Divine sweat is a physical meets spiritual body workout, utilizing dance with intention as energetic medicine. You will get your sweat on, unlock energy blocks, activate new ones, and transmute inner challenges into self-empowerment, all in one place! Although workshops vary in size and setting, this workshop in particular is designed to be an intimate, women only, in studio event, so space is limited. With love and intention, the women meant to be there are already being held space for. No dance experience needed. All fitness levels welcome. Various spiritual paths are embraced. Read below to see what complimentary goodies await you post circle.
What to wear/bring:
- workout clothes & tennis shoes (we will slip those off for a mediation)
- yoga mat (if you don't own one, a blanket to sit on for meditation will work)
- water bottle (you will SWEAT, and need to hydrate) & sweat towel if you wish.
- [Optional ] * Something to place on our altar. Anything of special meaning to you that you would liked charged with the beautiful healing energy of the class, crystals, malas, images of loved ones who have passed or ascended masters/deities you would like to connect to, written out prayer requests/intentions, etc.
Breakdown of the workshop - (please be mindful you must be in your space on your yoga mat by 3:30pm).
3:15-3:30pm - Arrive, set up your space, add your emblems to the altar, connect.
3:30-3:40pm - Drop in meditation.
3:40-4:45 - Dance Workshop + Closing Healing Energy Circle.
4:45-5:15p: Enjoy complimentary Goddess & Tribal face/body painting, lite refreshments, self pulled card messages, photo -ops, and artisan goods pop-up.
Reminders -
- This event is for women only
- To maintain the sacredness and privacy of the space, no phones allowed between 3:30pm-4:45pm. Before and after phones and photos/videos are welcome.
- Parking at the studio is located on the backside of the space (you will see a large industrial garage door). You will park there and walk around on the street side to find the front door (I know this probably doesn't help a whole lot :-D but basically, give yourself a few minutes to park.)
* because space is limited and held with love and intention, tickets for no shows are non refundable.
