Rhonda DeLong host at Shangri

Rhonda is a native of Western Colorado, and owns "deLong's Holistic Health." In addition to my Shangri-lodge property she offers massage, yoga, reiki, ear candling, facials, cupping, and more! Rhonda is excited to share her peaceful space with you.

Facilitator: Jamie Colon-Orelup, a traveling medicine woman/curandera with a profound respect for traditional practices of preventative medicine. She believes that the body is a garden and the Earth provides the sacred tools needed for cleansing, balance, or recovery. Her integrative practice incorporates a blend of bodywork, movement, breathwork, laughter, herbology, hydrotherapy, reiki, sound, and color therapy. She sees herself as a steward of these practices and a bridge between contemporary and traditional. Her approach is a testament to the empowerment of your inner essence, the cultivation of your inner wisdom, and the restoration of self.

Facilitator: Natalie Courtney is a Transformative Wellness Practitioner. She integrates breath-work, meditation, kundalini yoga and sound healing into her classes and private sessions. Natalie aims to support clients in achieving holistic wellness, transforming their lives on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.

Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
