Now more than ever, mamas need to gather and build community, just like we've been doing for centuries!

If you're feeling alone in your walk as a mother, craving connection, and on your brave journey of self growth and healing, then this circle is perfect for you

Led by mothers and healers Irina Ortiz and Emily Poe, we will explore new practices for self care, hold space for each other and remember that we are never truly alone

What to bring:

Blanket if you prefer to get cozy

Journal and pen

Snack and water for yourself

An open heart

Parking:

Free street parking is available in front of and around the location

Schedule:

10:45 am doors open

11 am arrive and settle in

11:30 am circle begins

12:30pm circle closes, stay for mingling and processing if you'd like!

1 pm event ends

Please arrive even a few minutes before the circle begins, so you can get settled in the space, allowing you to fully drop in with us.
