About this Event
Divine Mercy - A Message of Hope
Join us for an inspiring talk by Father Mark Barron on Divine Mercy and the profound message of God’s boundless love and compassion for humanity, offering hope to all, regardless of life’s challenges or past failings. Rooted in the revelations given to St. Faustina Kowalska, this message invites us to trust in God’s mercy, seek forgiveness, and extend mercy to others. Discover the transformative practices of the Divine Mercy devotion, including the Chaplet, the Novena, and the celebration of Divine Mercy Sunday, as well as the significance of the Divine Mercy Image and the 3:00 p.m. Hour of Great Mercy. Whether you’re new to this devotion or looking to deepen your understanding, this talk will inspire and empower you to live and share the message of Divine Mercy.
About our guest speaker - Fr. Mark Baron, MIC
Fr Mark serves as the Director of the Association of Marian Helpers at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. A member of the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception, Fr. Mark has dedicated his life to fostering devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and praying for the souls in Purgatory. His journey as a Marian has been shaped by transformative experiences, including a pilgrimage to Poland where he prayed at the tomb of the Congregation’s Founder, St. Stanislaus Papczynski, and sought inspiration to live his vocation with humility and zeal. Fr. Mark draws deeply from the spirituality of Marian leaders like Blessed George Matulaitis, embracing their "dust cloth mentality" of serving God with humility and dedication.
