Join us for a morning of mantra meditation, devotional music and spiritual connection as we come together to chant and sing in harmony.This event will lead by Sri Prana (harmonium) and Dr Robert March (drum) in the Bhakti Yoga practice of Kirtan "chanting the name of the Divine".
They will lead us in a variety of chants and mantra meditation. This is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the power of sacred sound and connect with your heart and the divine.
Venue- Yoga Spirit Studios,194 Henley Beach Road Torrensville.
Whether you're a seasoned kirtan practitioner or new to this form of devotional singing, all are welcome to join us for this uplifting and transformative experience.
Light refreshments will be served after Kirtan (in form of Prasad- sacred offering to divine).
It is a free event however a small Donation is welcome, all the donations will be going to Catherine House.
About- Sri Prana (David Breach)has been practising and teaching Yoga for 46 years.
He is a devotee of Amma (Mata Amritanandamayi) the "hugging saint".
Sri Prana holds regular monthly Kirtans at his yoga studio in Myponga.
