A class to move your body in attunement with divine feminine energy ✨

Anyone wanting to connect to their feminine is welcome, even without a physical womb, come as you are, open to connect to your feminine energy ✨????‍♀️

This yoga class runs through a yoga flow that is focused on activating and amplying your divine feminine energy & centering in the power of our womb (physically & energetically)?

The transitions, breath and poses we flow through are a take on vinyasa but in specific asanas and flows focused on the energetic and physical areas of our body that activate our feminine connection & flow.

Moving our bodies, spirit & energy into a flow that lets our divine feminine shine & amplify ? ??‍♀️✨

All levels of yoga and/or awareness of the divine feminine are welcome !
